As a Fetal Actocardiograph, the MT-516 has the ability to measure the Fetal Heart Rate (FHR), Fetal Movement and Urine Contraction from mid-term to birth. For the FHR measurement, it uses pulse Doppler with auto-correlation processing, supporting with Doppler sound and an alarm function for user-selectable high/low FHR and delay time. The progress of childbirth can be easily monitored from the urine contraction measurement through labor pains intensity or pains cycle. Easy operation can be achieved with its user-friendly push button and jog dial to adjust the alarm, day and time, fetal movement level and timer. Additionally, the MT-516 is capable to do single or twins fetal monitoring. For twin fetus monitoring, the device comes equipped with a Twin Set, which include Doppler Transducer, Doppler Transducer Belt and Twin Remote Marker Switch.
